How long is a voucher valid?

Our gift vouchers are valid for 1 year. You have the possibility to extend the duration of your voucher, once and free of charge, for an additional year, as long as the voucher has not exceeded its validity period by more than two months. Extensions after this deadline are excluded.

Can I return purchased gift vouchers?

Gift vouchers cannot be returned. Are also excluded from returns.

What is a good gift?

A gift voucher is a voucher for an experience. The offer is described on the voucher, however the value of this experience is not visible, so that the surprise is not spoiled. The advantage of such a voucher is that the appointment does not have to be made at the time of purchase.

How can I pay?

Payment can be made by credit cards and Postcard. For the invoice payment type, we work with Intrum Justicia (collection organization) and we reserve the right not to offer this payment type in certain circumstances. Payments by invoice can be made for a maximum amount of CHF 250.-.
